Exceptional Customer Service was evident throughout my stay.

The noise from the side street was unbearable at night, disrupting our sleep. We also faced issues with the cleanliness of our room. it clearly wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, as there were still crumbs on the floor two days later. The high prices of the mini fridge stocked with drinks left no room for our own necessities, making our stay even more frustrating.

Comfort with a sea view surprise

Our stay was delightful, with a magnificent sea view that greeted us each morning. The friends we made among the staff were truly special, making us feel right at home.

Breakfast wasn't served within the hotel, which felt odd for a four-star venue. It was inconvenient to pay extra for additional items we wanted to try.

It was a nice choice for a short layover in San Antonio with decent value for money. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating when we arrived early. Make sure to walk around the local area to find great places to eat nearby.

had an amazing stay here! super close to everything, beautiful modern room with sea view, the bed was so comfy! the staff were super nice and even helped me with a free late checkout. also loved chillin on the huge balcony with the stunning view, definitely worth the upgrade.

only downside was that it got a bit noisy at night from nearby bars and no pool on site, that was a bit of a letdown.

The Standard Double Room was pretty cool! It's exactly like the pictures, and I was on the 6th floor with a nice view of the harbor. The terrace was huge and sunny, perfect for chilling. The bed? Super comfy! I loved the rain shower too—it felt amazing. Everything was really clean, so props to the housekeeping staff! Just a small thing, but there wasn't a bin in the room, which was a bit odd. a great spot for lounging after a day out!

Sushimi was an absolute gem, serving up mouthwatering rolls just a hop away. La Cantina Canalla nailed the vibe with its delightful tapas to munch on while soaking in the local scene. Plus, my sea view room was a sweet hideaway, and the kind reception team were always on point!

Still, the good vibes tempered any hiccups.

I enjoyed a comfortable stay with a fantastic view of the marina, offering a lovely backdrop during my time there. The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The breakfast options available at the square were delightful, providing a variety of choices to start the day. I appreciated the convenient access to public parking a short walk away.

There were some minor inconveniences, like the absence of convenient trash disposal in the room.

Just returned from a lovely 3-night stay in a room with a sea view, and I couldn't be happier! The balcony offered breathtaking views over the port, and the rainfall shower in the stylish bathroom was an absolute treat. Housekeeping was incredibly attentive, ensuring that the room was spotless every day. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore local bars and restaurants, and the 10% discount at Mambo restaurants was a delightful perk.

I had a delightful stay in a Standard Double Room at Sa Clau. The beds felt luxurious, and the rain shower added a touch of indulgence. While the breakfast at Café Bondi could be more inclusive, the nearby restaurants offered enough to satisfy. Staff members were genuinely helpful, contributing to a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
